Come indulge yourself in a transformative hour of Sacred stillness with A Mystic Haven Sound Bath Meditation. Allow the Vibrations of Gongs, Crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and more to dissolve any scattered and nervous energy while gently aligning the chakras, calming the mind, and inviting deep relaxation, inner stillness, and much a needed energetic renewal.
