This week is it’s a chance to take a step back and think about those around you who may be struggling. No-one should suffer in silence.

So managing social media isn’t my strong point. Anyway less than 4 weeks to go until I take on my Brecon challenge. 100miles solo.
Whilst I am reasonably well prepared, I cannot say they same for Molly. She has, over the last 6-8weeks been suffering with repeated soft tissue injuries post walk, so I am concerned about taking her with me as I don’t want to exacerbate anything! 😢🤔
