Happy to share and announce my experiment in house cleaning
We have been listening sage and palo santo for cleansing, if u been folllowing me I been using juniper as well. Some would even use cedar wood, I personally think that’s for enhancing rather than clearing.
Well, what I want to announce is hyssop is for cleansing as well. The Latin word hyssopus is likely related to the Hebrew azob meaning “holy herb.” The plant is commonly used by beekeepers to produce a rich, aromatic honey.
For the health benefits, Hyssop is used for digestive and intestinal problems including liver and gallbladder conditions, intestinal pain, intestinal gas, colic, and loss of appetite. It is also used for respiratory problems including coughs, the common cold, respiratory infections, sore throat, and asthma.
In terms of spiritual purpose, it is said that Priests and holy church leaders used hyssop as a way to sprinkle blessed water or oils on people to bless or cleanse them from different things such as, illness, evil spirits and bad luck. But always remember send the spirits with ur blessing such as burning wood outside of your house so as to maintain harmony with unseen and other which u are not aware. You would not realise that the cleansing could even hurt unseen.
