When I first started this journey, I had a vision-but I had no idea how much I would grow into it.
This space has seen my early mornings, long days, moments of doubt, and so many breakthroughs. It’s taught me patience, resilience, and what it truly means to show up-not just as a business owner, but as a person.
Over the years, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about building a business. It’s about building trust, creating a safe space, and making a real impact in people’s lives-one session at a time.
