Good morning and welcome to !

Today's Wellness Wednesday is about taking a step back and stepping into self-care. It's been a long hot summer and it's time for me to take a break and step into some things that I enjoy doing. By doing so I can continue to serve my community and provide the best care. I promise to come back refreshed and with some new content for our page.

For now, you can catch me hanging by the pool with my siblings and cousin!
