Energy healing is an art 🎨 When muscle testing to locate and release a trapped emotion, we begin by going through the Emotion Code® Chart. This is a lot like tuning keys on a piano or strings on a guitar. Something is ‘out-of-tune’ but we can only find where it is when we begin playing each key.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful hike in the mountains Saturday. It was so refreshing to walk along the stream and feel the crisp clear water run through my fingers. The temperate of the breeze was perfect and the whole experience so rejuvenating. I love nature! , , ,
