You’re not lazy. You’re overstimulated.

Only 5 early bird spots available — reserve your space to soften, reconnect, and exhale before they’re gone.

Check out our event, “The Exhale”

Somatic therapy isn’t “good vibes only” therapy.

Sometimes healing feels worse before it feels better because your body is finally stopping the suppression.

The numbness, people-pleasing, over-functioning, shutdown, constant “I’m fine” energy… that WAS the coping strategy.

So when your nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go?

You might feel anger. Grief. Panic. Exhaustion. Rage.

Not because you’re failing.
Because your body is finally telling the truth.

Healing isn’t always peaceful.

Sometimes it’s finally being able to feel what you had to disconnect from to survive.

Anyone else realize numb ≠ healed?

Healing can look like “too much” before it looks like balance.

A lot of people swing from over-accommodating to rigid boundaries, from silence to oversharing, from self-abandonment to intense self-protection. That pendulum isn’t always regression — sometimes it’s the nervous system learning what it was never taught.

Balance usually comes after the extremes, not before them.

Have you ever been told you were too much?

Anyone else default to humor the second things get vulnerable? 😂

Therapist mode: calm, grounded, compassionate

Protector mode: “actually we’re going to let them finish.” 👁️👄👁️

As someone who grew up not having a voice it’s very important to me that I create and protect space for others to be heard!

I love bringing in the depth, the nuance, and the grace.

Two seemingly opposite things can exist at the same time!

“You can’t hang with me” isn’t ego. It’s discernment.

Healing teaches you to notice:

* who drains your nervous system
* who romanticizes dysfunction
* who only likes you when you’re abandoning yourself
* who mistakes your boundaries for rejection

Not everyone loses access to you because you changed for the worse.
Some people lose access because you finally changed for the better.

Being the bigger person isn’t always about growth, sometimes it’s what you learned to do to stay safe. Keeping the peace, over explaining, letting things go too quickly, those patterns can look like maturity, but they often come from self abandonment. Real growth is being able to say, regulated and honest about what hurt.

Comment ONE word: do you tend to absorb, or express?
