Don’t Put Your Life on Hold ✨

Sometimes we keep telling ourselves:

“I’ll do it when I have time.”
“First I need to finish the house.”
“First I need to take care of everyone else.”

But the chores will always be there. The responsibilities will always find their way back to us.

So what if, instead of giving yourself whatever time is left over, you gave yourself the first 30 minutes of the day? 🌅

30 minutes for your dreams.
30 minutes for your creativity.
30 minutes to learn, create, move, breathe, or simply be.

What a start of Sunday!

Started from unexpected visitors - dolphins - could feel my heart chakra opening ❤️ yay 😁
Soundbath with Shella and John
Sauna after with real wood, 100C temp and nice essential oils.
Cherry on the Cake was to dook into the north sea (my first time!!)- I said i will just wet my feet 😆 Went there twice and was swimming in cold water - then back to the sauna. I love this so much!
