Congratulations to Team GLN athletes, Grettel and Sarah who competed in their first show this past weekend at The Best of the West, bringing home multiple medals! They both owned the stage wearing their tailored fit suits by Mary Jane Snyder of MJ’s Atomic Design. Grettel placed 1st in both True Novice and Open Bikini E. Sarah places 5th from a class of 16 in True Novice, 4th in Novice and 2nd in Open Bikini A. So proud of both of these ladies ... Hard work, dedication and consistency pay off! Great work ladies!!!👊🏼💯💥🔥👙 And Thank you to all of the Team GLN athletes that came to support their teammates! That’s what makes us the Team if Champions 💯🔥

Good Luck to Team GLN Athlete, Grettel Martinez, who will be competing in her first show tomorrow, the Best of the West. Grettel has been working with Coach Cathy Vega, since June and has recently overcome a major obstacle that could have prevented her from competing. She was involved in a 5 vehicle accident just 2 weeks ago... Grettel was determined to compete in this show, so we switched gears a bit and Grettel stepped up to make it happen! Time to shine! 👊🏼💯💥

This is an 8 week transformation 😳 Moses competed at Nationals this past July in Pittsburgh, earning a medal. His ultimate goal is to earn his IFBB PRO CARD!
