Tuna Empanada Recipe!!!
Fried or Baked
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2Tsp.Sugar
1Tsp.Salt
1Cup(220g) Softened Butter or Shortening
180 to 200ml Water

Empanada Filling
2Cans Century Tuna(Original,drained)
1Block Cheese(Sliced in cubes or of your choice)
1/2 Cup Mayonaise
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1Beaten Egg to seal edge

-Mix flour,sugar,salt, butter and add water until well incorporated
-Don't put too much water ha!😊
-Pag well mixed na yung Empanada dough,set aside..
-Drain Century Tuna, mix napo yung Cheese,Mayo,pepper and salt..
-Brush with egg wash before i-bake!

Bake at 180°c for 20 to 25minutes
Enjoy!!

(Both cooking methods produce delicious empanadas. If you want a healthier merienda, bake them in the oven. If you're working with less time, frying them is the way to go.❤️)
