Alright folks! REGISTRATION IS LIVE for 2022!!! We’ve made it super easy:

1. REGISTER so we have a record of your commitment for the next year! We hope to do some giveaways via email and here on IG

2. TURN ON notifications so you never miss a post with programming, helpful tips, and features of regular people just like you and me who want to develop consistency and push themselves!

3. STAY CONNECTED with the growing community! Our hope is that this isn’t just another but an opportunity to move towards a BETTER version of YOU!

Who's doing today!?

It’s no secret that the large majority of New Years resolutions go unkept. The main reasons that this happens is because people often resolve to commit to goals without a few 🔑 components:

1. A plan - we often look to the finish line (lose weight, eat healthier, get enough sleep, develop deeper relationships etc) without considering what might need to take place along the way. Having a plan is the first key!

2. A community - personal goals are great but that doesn’t necessarily mean they must be private. Most people would be surprised to find out that there are a lot of others who share a similar goal! It’s no secret that fitness is more fun in community 😉 and humans were created to be in relationship with each other! Find your tribe!

3. Accountability - if we have a plan and a community of people but no accountability or anyone to challenge us then we’re likely to come up short. We need to affirm and encourage each other towards our goals if we are to achieve them. Find your person or persons and push each other!

That’s one of the reasons that we created the , to provide a plan, foster a community, and promote accountability! Let’s crush this year together!
