Core stability is a great mat based class designed to strengthen you from the core throughout your body, using bodyweight and equipment.

Beginners yoga is for those wanting to start their yoga journey, those who had had time away from their practice and looking to return.

This class is at the lovely Rise Wellness Hub Denmead

We have a beginners yoga class starting Wednesday, 20th May, 6pm Rise Wellness Hub Denmead

This class is suitable for those wanting to start their yoga journey or looking to return to yoga after a period of time off.

Classes are limited to 6 spaces and cost £10 per class. Booking is essential, and payment is due upon booking.

We have all the equipment you need just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
