Suni Yoga I am a Yoga teacher and specialist Neurophysiotherapist. Hi. I am Suni; a Yoga teacher and specialist Neurophysiotherapist.

I combine my skills as a yoga practitioner and experienced Neurophysiotherapist to help people reconnect with their bodies and find joy in movement. I am passionate about empowering people with knowledge of human anatomy to get you in tune with your body. Add to this yogic mythology, chanting, breathing practices and you get an array of practices to pick and choose from. I offer in-person classes

in Southampton, on-line classes through Zoom, 1:1 sessions, tailor made sessions for small groups or special occasions.
