This pandemic has greatly affected us in so many ways, and changed who we are as a society, and as a world. While change is scary and uncomfortable, it can be a good thing. We did not choose to experience this pandemic. But we have all adapted and developed coping skills that we never had before.
With that said, we can not ignore how much this pandemic has affected us emotionally and mentally. Most of us are experiencing anxiety and grief. And it has been difficult to navigate through those emotions, especially being forced to sit with those uncomfortable feelings inside of our homes for many months.
