🌟 Client Spotlight: A Transformation Journey 🌟

We're thrilled to share the inspiring story of one of our dedicated clients! 🎉

"I have been training with Adam Fox through CDPHP Fitness Connect along with other trainers there for over a year. My strength had been improving but my weight had only decreased by maybe 5 pounds. I worked with Jacob Carroll from CCHS and joined the weekly accountability group. My diet was clearly the problem. Through hard work and dedication, I lost thirty pounds in approximately thirty weeks as well as my strength continuing to grow. I am running on average one 5k per month and have shaved one minute and eighteen seconds off between July and September. I have also shaved twenty seconds off the 3.5 mile CDPHP Workforce Challenge Course since race day where I had a p.r. of 38:54 (my goal was to complete in sub 40). I recently went for my physical, where my primary care physician congratulated me on moving from obese to moderately overweight. She said that I was at a tipping point where things could have gone either way and I made the right decision. It has definitely been a multi-pronged approach between going to the gym, keeping in touch with trainers outside the appointments about my progress and the accountability group. One secretary at work commented when I was wearing new clothes that it was nice to see me wearing clothes that fit me as other clothes were starting to fall off me. I am within about ten pounds of where I would like to be and know that the weekly goals and comradery of the Accountability Group along with my desire to be healthy will keep pulling me through."
