Cold wet days call for some nourishing homemade soup 🥣 to warm the bones 😍

For this soup I threw 2 medium spuds, carrots, parsnip, celery, a leek, onion, chicken stock and veg stock, basil, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper 👌

Banana oat pancakes 🥞

This is a great idea if you have some ripe bananas at home 🍌

With a blender mix 1 medium banana, 1 egg, approx 50g of oats, and 50ml of milk
Whey protein and seeds are optional.
Fry each pancake in a little coconut or extra virgin olive oil.
Stack and top with blueberries, strawberries, honey and some Greek yogurt for added protein benefit.
And enjoy 😊🍴🤤
