Seven years ago, Bocas del Toro, Panama became part of a dream.
Today, it became home. 🇵🇦🌴
After years of imagining, planning, returning, reconsidering, and eventually asking ourselves what we truly wanted the second half of our lives to look like, we have officially relocated to Bocas del Toro.
There is something extraordinary about standing inside a life you once could only imagine.
This move has never been about escaping one life for another. We have loved deeply, built meaningful work, created lasting friendships, and experienced chapters of life in the United States that will always be part of who we are.
This is about choosing what comes next with intention.
For us, that means living closer to nature. Being part of a culturally diverse community. Creating more room for relationships, creativity, curiosity, wellbeing, and the work we still feel called to do.
It means continuing to grow Aging Heroes from a place that reflects so much of what we believe about intentional living and holistic wellbeing:
That getting older does not require becoming smaller.
That our lives can continue to evolve.
That we are allowed to reconsider what matters.
And that sometimes the most meaningful adventures are the ones we spend years becoming ready for.
Seven years of dreaming.
