a half a Watermelon, plus oreo's 4 nights a week and wonder "Why am I not Skinny." I know what a struggle it is to START... and now I see that the struggle was EVERY BIT worth it ... to know that I am living my life feeling confident in my own skin & proud of the work I have accomplished! I have learned that in life, you cannot inspire someone to truly take action and CHANGE with words alone... You have to FIRST be willing to TAKE ACTION yourself and reach outside your comfort level to prove to them that it CAN be DONE. Because of this, I strive to be in a constant state of growth & spiritual alignment and surrendering to all new challenges. I am motivated by FUN, lofty goals and things that seem impossible to others, because I love defying the odds and playing by my own rules. If I could give you one quote about anything in life it’s... “Hustle & HEART will always set you apart.”

Thank you SO much for all the birthday wishes from family and friends near and far. ❤️

Celebrating this year found me at the top of a mountain (Anakeesta) in a beautiful city with people who are good for the soul… and honestly, that feels about right.

A LOT can change in a year.

Grateful for where I’ve been, excited for where we are headed. Cheers to another year… new adventures, and trusting the path even when you can’t see the whole mountain….
