Facebook memories really pulled up Carly: online fitness coach, 2018 edition.
I was working full time, traveling, planning a wedding, and apparently thought starting a business on the side sounded relaxingโฆ
The business has changed since then. The instinct hasnโt. Iโve always loved helping people see what theyโre capable of and sharing what I learn along the way. These days, that looks a little more like branding than burpees. ๐
When I started coaching others online to stick to their goals...
I honestly wasn't looking for a side gig.๐คทโโ๏ธ
I was SO busy working full-time in my corporate job [which had me traveling the country] & planning our destination wedding. Most days I was overwhelmed, overworked & had very little desire to make my health a priority.
I was in a constant state of GRIND.
All I knew during that time is I wanted my body to look BANGIN' in my wedding dress. ๐ฐ I mean don't we all, ladies?
When I signed up for my FIRST fitness program & started seeing results I didn't realize how big of an impact it would have on my HEART. It was like a light bulb went off- I knew other people needed this in their lives. ๐
So for me this journey started organically... just like I like my produce now. ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅฆ
I KNEW in my gut I had a responsibility to share the knowledge I gained with the world.
I started by sharing my journey on social media... It wasn't always easy. Lots of people didn't take "my new business" seriously.
I had to constantly remind myself that other peoples opinions CANNOT and WILL NOT dictate the direction of my life. Because then it would all of this would their life and not mine, you know? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Think about it this way - Have you EVER met someone whoโs talking negatively about people all the time, whoโs life, marriage, financial situation, career path you want?
Are they actually HAPPIER & more fulfilled then the person they are talking about?
I doubt it ๐
That's why I'm still here I am 4 years later. Still doing that same THING- Only stronger, wiser and WAY more confident.โ

So Let me remind you wherever you are in your journey my friend ... Someone might not โget youโ , your passion, your ZEST for life, or new business venture...
But WHY would you let that derail you?
Especially when you have a CHOICE to share that gift you've been given! ๐๐ป

Besides the fact that it saves you a S**T ton of TIME just moving on and doing YOU, it also just freakin' FEELS so DAMN good once you just LET go and trust the universe has a plan so much bigger than YOURS. โ
