✨Cancellation Policy✨
We understand that emergency situations arise from time to time, however, we are seeing a rise in no-shows and late cancellation notices, and we feel that it is affecting our clients who are on our waiting list or have a need to reschedule their appointments in advance.
When appointments are missed, our staff misses out on the opportunity to fill their schedules with clients who are on a cancellation list.
We now require a credit card number to reserve an appointment for ALL clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide us with a 48-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment.
Existing clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice (at least 48 hours in advance), or do not show up for their reserved appointment, will be considered a "No-Show." Should this be the case, you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment.
We go to great lengths to notify our clients ahead of time by sending out texts messages, emails, and a phone call.
These reminders are sent three days prior to the service date as well as the day of service. If you are unable to reach us, you may leave a voicemail or send us an email.
