There is NO scientific evidence that supports eating a higher frequency in meals results in the promotion of weight loss.

The number of meals a person should eat will depend
on many factors:

✨Lifestyle
✨Physical activity
✨Underlying Health Conditions (Ex: Diabetes, Hormonal Imbalances, Metabolism)

That is why one method might work for one person but might not work for another.

Although, some evidence does suggest that consuming a greater amount of calories earlier in the day can be more beneficial compared to eating larger meals before bed…..SOOO no skipping breakfast 🤨
