A few months ago, I googled “women’s empowerment conference” and stumbled across this event that was coming up on its 10 year anniversary. So glad I did!

Yesterday was amazing! The message was right. The vibe was right. And I met some incredible female entrepreneurs in that space, each one ready to lift up another ❤️

OK, if there’s one downside to being in the health and fitness industry, it’s that when you go out in the “wild” a.k.a. public with other moms, they feel the need to apologize or explain their unhealthy habits (I had 3 different moms at today’s birthday party do just that)!

Girl, let me reassure you: there is zero judgment coming from over here! As a matter of fact, any health coach worth her salt would never judge her clients for living their lives! We’re here for when you decide you need to make a change – and you need some help with that change 👍🏾 Period.

Only 3 days into my current group coaching cohort, and my ladies are crushing it! This is one of my favorite clients! I’ve had the privilege of working with her off & on for almost 4 years, and it always fuels me as a coach working with a woman who’s ready to challenge herself! And did I mention she’s 60 years young?! 🙌🏾💪🏾❤️
