Why Cacao Ceremony?

🍫Cacao ceremony is an amazing tool for getting clarity, setting intention, and doing healing work & inner-reflection. Being in a sacred space helps you get out of your normal frame of mind, allowing you to experience new insights, perspectives & ideas. Depending on the intention of the ceremony they can also be wonderful places to connect with people in a safe, open-hearted environment. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency. This often results in deeper more intimate connection with ourselves and each other.

This Sunday (18.12) me and are organising a women’s circle with a heart opening cacao ceremony. 🫂🍫

The reason for creating this event is to offer a safe space where all women are seen, heard, accepted and loved in all that they are. We will create a loving sanctuary where women can express themselves freely without judgement of being “too much”.

If you are a woman and you feel the calling to be there.. this is for you. 🪷

You are allowed to be yourself unapologetically. You are allowed to be wild, to be free, to be your multidimensional self. Even when you are not what the society wants you to be. Even when you are upsetting others. Even when you are not reaching the society’s standards. Even when you are angry, mad, sad, jealous, envious, chaotic and all the other things that are seen as “bad”. Within this container, all of you are welcomed. Your deepest fears, your shadows, your depths, your ugly parts and also your beautiful parts. Your love for life. And also your disappointment. Your joy and also your pain. All of you are welcomed.

With the help of medicina cacao, you will be able to drop all the masks, let go of all your programming, peel off all the false layers of self and meet yourself at your core. See yourself raw, vulnerable and naked. Be all that you are beneath the surface.

A Cacao Ceremony is an ancient ritual with it roots stretching in Mesoamerica. The cacao bean was highly valued in the Aztec, Mayan and Inca tribes.
For them this plant was always knows as “The Food of the Gods”
When Theobroma which is the scientific name, coming from Theobromine - an active molecule in the cacao bean, is translated from the Greek languages it translates as: Food of the Gods.

The chemical compounds of the cacao bean, can bring a person in a different state of mind, feeling and being. (Without being a psychedelic!) The bean does have neurocognitive effects, enhancing your mood, stabilizing hormones, allowing more focus and creativity to flow naturally.

From a spiritual standpoint, cacao opens the heart. Meaning that the energy of the heart chakra can flow more freely, as well as emotions. Stuck emotions can foster small and/or big trauma’s, which the cacao can gently touch, allowing energy to start moving again.

A lot of people have asked me what’s the difference between cacao and cocoa?

- CACAO is non processed
- Heated at a low temperature
- Completely raw
- No added sugar, milk or anything else

Cacao has tons of health benefits
Cacao is one of the highest sources of Magnesium on the planet.
It is a rich in iron, fibre, calcium and also is a powerful antioxidant.

Taste wise, cacao is slightly more bitter than cocoa because it is fully raw and not processed.

- COCOA is highly processed
- The butter from cacao beans are separated to leave just the powder
- Heated at high temperature
- Often there is added sugar

Cocoa has little to no nutrients and it tastes sweeter than cacao, because of the processing and added sugar.

Ceremonial Cacao for me has been the most potent plant medicine I have been incorporating in my life for the last 4 years.

Working with the spirit of cacao has opened so many doors for me that I was afraid to go through. It allowed me to see my fears as the gateway that is calling me towards freedom.

Cacao Goddess has allowed me to really dive deep within my own self, open my heart and live from a place of love, peace and acceptance instead of resistance & control.

In these last 4 years I realised what it truly means to surrender and let go. To try not to attach to specific outcomes, people, scenarios that I have made up in my mind, but let Life take care of it all. Sprinkle all my worries into the Cosmos, knowing that the Divine will take care of it.

Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful tool that can help anyone to rise above their limitations and illuminate any darkness that might have kept them stuck in the same place for years.

Cacao is like a bridge that can help you to walk over to the other side of all that makes you feel small and unworthy.

She will help you to realise your power, your divinity, your worthiness, your wholeness.

Because there is nothing you need to become as you already are it ALL.
All you need to do is shed those layers that are covering your true nature and see yourself for what you already are.
