What is RLD?
Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

Developed initially for women following breast cancer and the surgical removal of lymph nodes leading to swelling of the affected arm and surrounding areas. ( lymphoedema).
Being a clinical nurse specialist in Oncology I was drawn so much to this course and love seeing the visual and emotional benefits it brings to the clients. ❤️
RLD is also used for:⁷
▶️Fluid retention,
▶️Swelling anywhere on the body,
▶️Lipoedema and
▶️Detox treatments.
This is scientifically proven by research to reduce the swelling even as soon as the first treatment.
