The Advisory Committee consists of nine member
s appointed by the Board of Supervisor. The makeup of the committee included five past or present users of IHSS service, two current or former providers of IHSS services, one current member of the Napa County Commission on Aging, and one member from the community with involvement and interest in the IHSS program. The Napa County IHSS Advisory Committee meets the third Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the Napa County CSOA Conference Room at 650 Imperial Way Suite 101 Napa, CA 94559. The public are welcome to attend; each meeting offers opportunity for public comment on agenda and non-agenda items. The IHSS Advisory Committee is a client-driven body that represents the voice of the recipients and providers of the IHSS program.
