These beautiful and easy rice paper rolls😍
On the popular demand here is the recipe 👇🏻
This one is a quick one, took me 15 mins all to prepare 😍
All you need:
Carrots
Cucumber
Bell peppers
Sliced almonds
Onions
Cottage cheese
Rice sheets
Salt and garlic granules
Coriander
What to do?
Slice all veggies into thin strips, cut cottage cheese into thin fingers and toast them until golden.
Wet the rice sheet and place in a plain surface, place all veggies, almonds and cottage cheese in the middle of the rice sheet and add salt and garlic.
Roll like you would do a spring roll 😍
Sprinkle some sesame seeds😙
It’s done😍
Ready to eat as is ❤️
