What a difference a decade makes when you’re eating clean, exercising, and deep in your faith… I’m talking about giving up the stress, the strife, and the worry to God. 🙏✨

2016 was the year I “got sick”- dual diagnosed with auto immune disease. I was SO inflamed! But looked and felt “fine”…

If you look closely you can see the pain behind my eyes 10 years ago. I refused to recognize it and just kept trying everything. Then when my baby got sick- I finally took heath seriously.

Moms, isn’t this crazy- we will ignore our needs until out kids need help… then we will go to the ends of the earth and beyond to help them!

Recipe for & ❤️ high protein, healthy fats, gut cleaning fiber and packed with nutrients.

1 lb grass fed beef
1 zucchini ribbon cut thin slices
1 cup shredded raw milk cheddar
1 cup goat feta cheese crumbled
1 cup organic tomato puree
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder OR 1.5 tbsp fresh garlic minced
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp nutmeg
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
Olive oil
Pyrex

First cook the meat until just barely browned in all of the spices - crumble as small as possible.

Mix the egg yolks and tomato puree. Toss the meat in the sauce. Preheat oven to 400 F.

Layer the Pyrex - olive oil, zucchini, meat, cheddar, zucchini, meat, cheddar, zucchini, meat, cheddar, then zucchini and crumbed feta.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings. Pair with mixed green salad with avocado, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pistachios, salt & pepper.

Carbohydrates: 9 g
Fiber: 2 g

This makes it a balanced high-protein, moderate-carb, high-fat meal with gut-supportive fiber and anti-inflammatory spices — ideal for hormone balance, muscle recovery, and metabolic health.
