The body is an instrument of perception, a gateway to feeling and experiencing life in all its dimensions.
As we cultivate feeling, allowing, being receptive, we deepen our access to discernment and self-knowledge. There comes a point when we have enough consistent access to Truth through the body that we may walk our path in self-trust.
We recognise and rebuild self-trust through the consistent recognition of the Truth of the moment from a place of perception, discernment. This in turn helps us lean into the evolutionary flow.
We come to acknowledge our capacity to navigate this world reflecting our deepest Truth, as a mirror reflecting consciousness. We recognise our increasing unwavering ability to remain stable and anchored in our bodies.
At the center of our experience stands our own self. We are the common denominator of all our experiences and possess the power to trust ourselves. We are our own safe space. Our body is the vehicle for our experience. Our body is the church, is the temple, the sanctuary.
Once we connect to the body enough, grounded and with awareness; then the heart is given space. We engage with the journey of purifying the heart, of diving into feeling more layers we haven’t felt.
And the heart becomes the altar within the church of the body. It is a place of devotion, reverence, humility, ceremony and access to great love, a love that comes from touching on a place of deep connection to something greater than us. A love divine. Love as a force.
In the safety of our bodies, grounded in self-trust, we allow our hearts to open layer by layer, embarking on a journey of purification. With unwavering trust in the ultimate benevolence of our experiences, we find the courage to feel our heartbreaks, opening and purifying the heart feeling by feeling, experience by experience; to the point of distilling our experience to its actual, true essence: love and self-trust.
‘’Te agradezco por llegar a mi corazon, Por volar en mi interior. Por entregar a tu amistad. Por esta hermosa claridad’’ Mose, Danit
In touch with our heart, we feel alive. Free to feel what is real when our heart is free to love.
