The silent illness. You look normal but you feel anything but. I’ve tried so hard to not give my power to it. But when stress comes the EBV flare up takes over and it can takes months to recover. When you don’t have the energy to get out of the house Doing things for your body at home is crucial. It can be a simple forward fold - but when you’re in a flare up your body may be tight and inflamed. Here are 3 levels of this stretch you can do.

Hey y’all I’m trying to be more open about what I’ve been dealing with. It’s hard because surprisingly enough I’m extremely private. I’ve been dealing with chronic EBV (and have been told to be tested for something more extreme). I lowkey refuse that Info and have been nose diving into my wellness. But these are just a few things I’ve been dealing with …. Thank you for your patience
