Nicole is a Yoga Teacher & Trainer, and Professional Yoga Therapist certified with the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).

She has been practicing Yoga since 2000, teaching since 2006, and leading Yoga & Meditation Retreats internationally since 2008. She is a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher with 20+ years experience and training, and received lay ordination in Japan in 2005. Nicole is also an Open Floor International Dance Teacher (Embodied Therapeutic Dance), Reiki Therapist & Certified Coach. Feeling their benefit

s first hand in her own life, her greatest passion is to share the benefits of these profound practices and therapies with others. Nicole provides transformational teaching, body-mind therapy, practical tools, mentoring, support and inspiration for people in their every day lives. Ancient Wisdom and Timeless teaching to deepen Modern Day living. She is constantly in awe of the healing potential available within each and every human body, mind and heart.

What a wonderful retreat with a wonderful group of ladies💕 Thank you ladies for your presence & your sharings. We created a sacred and beautiful retreat space together. Precious time to connect more deeply with ourselves, unwind, renew & restore. This will also enable us to be more fully present for others during this season and our lives moving forward in 2026💕
