Indian Railway and State Government and those Organization who are responsible for taking care of our national flag. From Childhood days we have studied that Damaged flag should not be hoisted, as this insults our national flag. But look at this, At Naihati Station West Bengal a Damaged flag has been hoisted.
Please change the flag.
