Back in November, I had a last-minute opportunity to attend a conference in California with a dear friend. If you know me, you know I’m a huge believer in divine timing and trusting the illuminating path that’s always unfolding for us — so I said yes without hesitation.
It was a lovely, quick trip… but the real magic happened on the flight home to Maine.
I sat next to a woman who had also booked her ticket last minute. Before boarding, a flight attendant offered her the entire row to herself — and she declined. She even said that’s something she would normally say yes to.
As soon as I sat down, she showed me a beautiful piece of pottery she made for her sister, and from that moment on, we talked the entire flight. I shared about my life coaching business, my dog, my fiancé. She shared how she was beginning a health coaching program — nervous, excited, standing on the edge of something new.
We talked about yoga, houseplants… and how we talk to them and say good morning to them 🤣
It felt like I had known her my entire life.
It was a short interaction, but one that stayed with me.
Today, she crossed my mind — and before I even had a chance to text her, I received the most beautiful message from her.
A gentle reminder: never underestimate the power of intuition… or the magic that can exist in a moment of connection, even with a stranger. I truly believe everything happens for a reason — and it was no coincidence that we sat next to each other. 🥹✨
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone 🤍🎄✨
