Phebe’s memory continues to live on through her scholarship @ Georgia Military College.
We’re so thankful we’ve been able to keep this going & so appreciative to everyone who donates. Here’s a letter from the latest recipient of the Phebe Hall Scholarship. Today marks her passing, but she never leaves our hearts or our minds.
