I learned these lessons the hard way, and I'm sharing them so you don't have to.

When I first started developing my intuitive abilities, I thought the goal was to receive more information from Spirit.

What I eventually learned is that the real work was learning how to work with the information that was already there.

Learning my own energy.
Grounding consistently.
Trusting what came through instead of judging it.

Those three things changed everything.

One thing I wish someone had told me sooner: the judgmental human voice doesn't disappear. We don't reach some magical point where self-doubt is gone forever.

The real practice is learning to recognize the quieter voice underneath it.

The voice of your soul.

The voice that is loving, wise, steady, and deeply connected to Spirit.

The more familiar you become with that voice, the easier it becomes to trust what you're receiving.

✨ They walk into a room and immediately sense the energy.
✨ They notice subtle details others overlook.
✨ They think of someone moments before that person calls.
✨ They have dreams that stay with them long after they wake up.
✨ They often find themselves saying, "I don't know how I knew, I just did."
✨ They see faces when they close their eyes to meditate or as they're drifting to sleep.
✨ They get sudden brilliant ideas that feel like they came from somewhere else.

Most don't recognize these moments as intuition at first. Usually it's the beginning of learning to trust themselves on a deeper level. Many people who are drawn to intuition and mediumship share common experiences long before they ever explore their own abilities.
