I wanted to share my progress so far, including before and after photos, what I've noticed visually, and the changes that have surprised me the most.

I'm still planning to continue for a few more weeks, but I want to share the real results, both the exciting improvements and the areas where I'm still waiting to see more.

After looking through the carousel, do you have any new questions?

Food sensitivities are different than food allergies, but can be hard to identify.

Welcome to Episode 18 of my signature series: ❣️ What Women Were Never Told
This episode is all about food sensitivities, gut health, and why digestive symptoms like bloating, brain fog, fatigue, headaches, and joint pain may be connected to more than just your stomach.

Have you ever wondered if certain foods could be contributing to how you feel? Let me know in the comments below. 🤍

My summer has been full, but in the best way! Between moving, spending time on the farm, gardening, volleyball, and making memories with friends and family, it’s been a season filled with a little bit of everything.

As much as I love summer, I know it’s also the time of year when many women put themselves on the back burner. We tell ourselves we’ll focus on our health when life slows down, after vacation, after harvest, after the kids go back to school. But the truth is, life is always going to be busy.

That’s why I believe taking care of your health has to fit into your real life, not the other way around. My goal is never perfection. It’s helping you find realistic, sustainable ways to feel better while still living the life you love.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to prioritize your health, consider this your reminder that you don’t have to wait for the next season.

For over 13 years, I’ve watched women hesitate — sometimes refuse — a treatment that could have changed their lives. Not because the science said no. Because fear did.

The FDA just confirmed what many of us in this field have known for years: the warnings on hormone therapy were built on a distortion of risk, not a clear read of it. Millions of women went without relief, without protection for their bones and hearts and minds, because of it.

I never waited for permission to trust the research. I trusted my training, my gut, and the women in front of me — and I built a practice around bioidentical hormone therapy because I saw, over and over, what it gave back to them.

If you’re one of the women who was told to be afraid, I’m sorry that took so long to correct. Let’s talk about what’s actually possible now. 💬

Keeping this one simple and honest today.

The way I learned to treat Hashimoto’s in traditional medicine looks a lot different than the way I approach it today. In this video, I’m sharing the honest truth about what that looked like then, and what I focus on now.

I’d love to hear from you. Have you been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s? What’s been the biggest challenge in your journey or the one question you still wish someone would answer? Let me know in the comments.

Everyone talks about estrogen, but progesterone deserves just as much attention.

Welcome to Episode 17 of my signature series: ❣️What Women Were Never Told
This episode is all about progesterone, often called the body’s calming hormone, and why low progesterone can contribute to symptoms like trouble sleeping, PMS, heavy or irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, and more.

These symptoms are often brushed off as stress, PMS, or just “getting older,” but sometimes, they’re your body’s way of asking you to take a closer look.

Have you ever had your progesterone levels checked? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear your experience.
