We have plenty of space here to hold a nature-driven relaxation retreats, two giant Tipi's to hold circles, yoga, breath-work or treatments, plus outdoor kitchens to nourish and refuel guests, a lovely covered pool for swimming and floating sound baths, sauna and space to rest. We welcome all practitioners that are looking for a retreat venue to hire, for day retreats or with accommodation for weekends or midweek. Availability in September & October 2026. West Sussex.

A nourishing evening to unwind, restore and settle into your Self.

Drift, quite literally, into deep rest. For one golden evening, our covered, warm and weatherproof pool becomes a floating nest: you'll lie back on a large single air bed wrapped in blankets with a heated face mask, while I guide you into a deep meditation, with the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls.

For 45 minutes, you'll benefit from the healing sounds of the bowls as they calm your mind and body. As you lie down and listen, the sound waves help shift your focus away from daily stress and into deep restorative relaxation.

Afterwards, the evening is yours: 45 minutes of traditional Finnish sauna, cool plunge or a pool swim if you fancy one, then herbal tea and unhurried chat as the light fades.

Two hours. One small group. A very rare kind of rest.

Opening a in a heatwave wasn't the best timing we've ever managed 🥵, but we're fairly unconventional here, so were happy to roll with it 😎 Personally, i have found it astounding how the sauna builds your heat tolerance when it's hot and sweaty all day long. It feels so counterintuitive to purposely put yourself in hotter surroundings but it really does make the hot, humid weather so much more comfortable and manageable. Not to mention the cold plunge and shower contrast, meaning each round in the sauna and cold makes you feel lighter and lighter. Stepping out of your brain and into your body, listening and trusting your own rhythm is a really empowering and relaxing ritual. We can't wait to welcome you here, during hot or cold weather, ready to float back home after.

Introducing our 'tubby tub' cold plunge and outdoor shower. A 4ft cold plunge tank to cool-off in during your circuit. The plunge is optional, but most people are glad they tried it. There's no right way to do it; listen to your body and take the breaks you need. Deep breaths will keep you grounded.
