We eat this much fruit every 2-3 days. This pile includes Dragon fruit, Apple, Pineapple, Banana, Papaya, Guava, Mandarins, Maracuya (cousin of the Passion Fruit), Pears, Blackberries (not pictured), Strawberries, Bananas and Passion Fruit! ▫️
▫️
How? As a family of four, we make smoothies 2-3x/day and we simply enjoy fruit. The nutrients, minerals and vitamins in fruit far outweighs a multi-vitamin and your body processes them better because of the bio-viability. ▫️

How much fruit do you eat weekly?
