I'm a certified fitness professional living in the Rota area of Spain. Welcome to my piece of Facebook! I have worked in the fitness industry since 2002.

If you have wandered here you may know me, or perhaps know me through someone else. I have experience in a variety of fitness facets, and work to continually pursue and learn more in this ever-evolving field. My history and experience allows me to provide a wide-array of training modalities to my Personal Training clients. Together we will discover the best path for your journey towards your goals

! I believe in a practical, realistic and grounded approach to wellness. I focus on arming my clients with the knowledge to empower their efforts and sustain their achievements. I enjoy sharing what inspires and moves me along my own fitness journey as well as learning from others with a passion for health knowledge. I am well aware that each individual is unique, therefore our needs and motivations must be as well. On my page I not only promote my work but also share posts that are motivating and inspiring finds, unique eats to fuel a healthy journey, other fitness professional individuals/agencies information, and an array of wellness goodies - all with the intent to spread positive vibes and encourage self-love along the path to wellness.

❗Update to my August calendar - My Spin and Yoga classes are covered August 1-7 while I am on Leave, but Zumba will be canceled on August 1. (classes in *bold* are sub'd with another instructor)

I am super excited to announce that I am adding 2 more Yoga classes to my weekly schedule (starting April 2nd) !

My April calendar brings some changes and subs and a canceled day. Please note:
- Spin classes will start at 4:45 pm, starting April 2nd
- NEW YOGA classes on Tue/Thu at 5:45 pm will be Slow Flow Yoga
- my Mon/Wed/Sat Yoga classes will continue as Dynamic Flow Yoga
- classes in RED will have a Sub instructor
- my classes are canceled on Saturday April 18 - take the morning and enjoy the Color Run with MWR!

Listen! 👂 Your mat. It’s calling you.

1 hour, 20 minutes, or even 5 minutes…. It’s never a bad time to give yourself the gift of practice. No matter how much time you spend on your mat.

I teach Dynamic Yoga Flow classes at 6pm Mondays & Wednesdays, as well as 10am on Saturdays, at the fitness center

Happiest of New Years, fitty friends! Classes start back up at Rota Fitness center on 07Jan. Time to dust off those gym shoes, welcome the new faces, and get back to the grind.

Welcomed the dawn of a New Year by reflecting on the last…. 2025 was a year! While I’ve not been active with the posts, I have been active. 💪🏾
Lots of miles walked and weights lifted
Found balances on my hands and more time on my mat
Reclaimed my identity as a fitness pro & instructor
Completed a 300 hour Yoga teacher training
Patiently recovered from both a major surgery and a moderate injury
I am proud of my personal and professional fitness accomplishments, and am walking into 2026 with positive vibes and a humble spirit. Here’s to another year of wellness and learning!

I know... I'm a teeny bit behind in getting this out! But I'm here and teaching my classes, so I got you covered!

The base gym is taking a schedule break, so no fitness classes will happen from Christmas Eve through to 3 Kings Day (24Dec - 06Jan).
