I’m a self proclaimed meal deal addict! – quick, easy and convenient! 🥪✨

But since i recently control back of my weight loss journey, I decided to scan my favourite meal deal wrap… and was shocked to find it was 20.5 swips! 😳 (and that’s before adding a side!)

So, I decided to make my own homemade version instead. 💪

My weight loss goals are worth the extra few minutes it takes to prepare lunch, especially when I can still enjoy the foods I love. ❤️

Proof that healthy choices don’t have to mean missing out! 🌯✨
