✨ Grateful Heart | To God Be the Glory ✨

My heart overflows with gratitude for the beautiful 2-Day Family Enrichment Seminar-Workshop and Counseling held on April 24–25, 2026, with the members of Culipapa and Upper Tala Churches, at La Costa Del Mar Resort, Brgy. Bongalonan, Basay, Negros Oriental.

I praise and thank God for the privilege of being part of this meaningful gathering and for allowing me to speak to the youth on the topic “Finding the Right One.”

To our dear young people, always remember that finding the right one begins with becoming the right one—grounded in faith, guided by God’s Word, and committed to His purpose for your life. Trust in God’s perfect timing and plan, for He knows what is best for you.

One powerful reminder we also embraced is that self-care is not selfish—it is essential. Among the simple yet meaningful practices we experienced was laughter therapy, a beautiful way to reduce stress, uplift the spirit, and strengthen relationships. Truly, “a cheerful heart is good medicine” (Proverbs 17:22).

May you continue to seek God first in all things, build Christ-centered relationships, and prepare your hearts for the beautiful future He has planned for you.
