Total Refresh✨This handsome gentleman who is young and fit with active lifestyle felt that he still looked tired all the time. He underwent a left upper lid ptosis repair, upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning! He says that people keep asking him why he suddenly looks younger but can’t exactly pinpoint why. ✨From in-fold to out-fold: This beautiful patient wanted a bigger double eyelid crease and for the inner corner crease be more parallel. During your initial consultation, we will review the different types of double eyelid designs, which can vary from in-fold, in-out fold vs out-fold, and come up with a customized design that best suits your anatomy and appearance. A full incisional double eyelid surgery in the office was performed under conscious sedation. At 3 months post-op, she has healed beautifully (individual healing results may vary). Any questions? ✨Male Upper Blepharoplasty✨ For men, the key to not looking overdone and too “different” is to keep the lid crease low and be conservative. ✨1 month post-op upper and lower blepharoplasty✨ This medical colleague was tired of looking tired! He wanted to look refreshed and still like himself. He opted out of creating a new double eyelid crease to maintain a similar look. He still has a little residual redness and swelling which will continue to improve over the next several months, but he already looks and feels so much more refreshed! What do you think?
