Bees, wasps and yellowjackets are buzzing around everywhere!

Most stings are painful but can be treated at home. However, sometimes a sting is more than just an annoyance.

Head to the Emergency Department right away if you or someone around you experiences:
- Trouble breathing or swallowing
- Swelling of the lips, tongue or throat
- Widespread hives
- Dizziness, weakness or fainting
- Signs of a severe allergic reaction

Summer’s not over yet. Keep the food and drinks flowing, but watch for uninvited guests.

We’ve got some good news for the Dr. McMaster fans out there!

When Dr. Jason McMaster stepped back from his full-time role at the Center for Women’s Health in June 2025, he didn’t completely step away. Over the past year, he’s continued to help our team by taking call and filling in when providers have been away.

Now, he’s signed on for a regular, every-three-weeks schedule at the Center for Women’s Health. Moving forward, Dr. McMaster will be in clinic and on call every three weeks, giving his patients a more predictable opportunity to see him.

And judging by the strong opinions his patients have about him, we’re pretty sure this is welcome news.

Dr. McMaster provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, with a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery. He’s passionate about personalized care and helping women make informed decisions about their health.

Welcome back to a more regular schedule, Dr. McMaster!

To schedule an appointment, call 920.262.4825 or learn more: https://doctors.watertownregional.com/provider/jason-mcmaster/4985640

If you were born the same year as Captain America himself, Chris Evans, you're turning 45 this year.

And at 45, it's time to be a hero for your health and schedule your first colonoscopy.

A colonoscopy can help prevent colon cancer by finding and removing polyps early, before they become cancerous, and detecting cancer when it's most treatable.

You don't need a shield or superpowers, just pick up the phone and call 920.206.3042 to schedule your screening.
