Some of the most important work happens after the shift ends.

It's helping with homework, coaching a game, offering advice, sharing a laugh, or simply being present.

This Father's Day, we celebrate the dads and father figures who make a difference in the lives of their families and our community every day.

Happy Father's Day!

Know Your Numbers!

Did you know you can now check your blood pressure for free at the Watertown Public Library?

Regular blood pressure checks can help you catch problems early. A reading of 130-139/80-89 is considered Stage 1 Hypertension. If your readings are consistently in this range or higher, talk with your primary care provider about ways to manage your blood pressure.

If your blood pressure is higher than 180/120, seek immediate medical attention at the Emergency Department.

We are happy to announce a new addition to our “Library of Things”. Thanks to the collaborative support from Carol Quest, WRMC, Amy Eckert, and Christy Courtois the library will offer two blood pressure cuffs for patrons to checkout. Each kit comes with directions, cuff, and monitor.

Healing. That's Why I'm Here.

You don't have to leave Watertown to see a Neurology specialist. Dr. Nasir provides expert neurological care close to home in the medical office building attached to Watertown Regional Medical Center.

Neurologists diagnose and treat conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system, including migraines, stroke, seizures, neuropathy, and Parkinson's disease.

Talk with your primary care provider about your symptoms to see if a neurology referral is right for you. If you're currently seeing a neurologist out of town and would like to transfer your care to Dr. Nasir, call 920.262.4560 and we'll help make the switch.
