Packing for a trip? Your usual wellness routine doesn't have to stay behind.
Travel throws off a lot of the small things that keep your body steady. Different sleep schedule, long hours sitting on flights or in cars, unfamiliar food, and usually a lot more walking than your body's used to.
A few things worth packing, based on what customers tell us they reach for most while travelling:
✈️ A travel-size balm for stiff necks and backs after long-haul flights or overnight buses; small enough to carry on, useful the moment you land.
✈️ Herbal sachets or tea bags instead of loose herbs; easier through customs, easier to prep in a hotel room with just hot water.
✈️ Something for motion sickness or digestive upset, since unfamiliar food and irregular meal times catch up with most people by day 2 or 3.
✈️ A reminder to actually use it, not just pack it. The number of "I brought it but forgot" messages we get is genuinely higher than you'd think.
Good wellness habits don't need to pause just because your routine did. A little preparation goes a long way toward actually enjoying the trip instead of recovering from it once you're home.
