She gets great fulfillment in knowing that she can help people have a great time, and burn calories while doing it. She first got into fitness because of her love of dance. Now, she not only incorporates dance into her workouts, but she also likes to focus on helping people reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Although she enjoys working out, she believes that in order to be

completely healthy, one must not only take care of the body, but the mind and spirit as well. "Its not just about the workout for me, its about getting people motivated about living a healthier lifestyle. I understand that a lot of people don't like traditional workouts, but who doesn't love to dance?! I want to motivate people to not focus on loosing weight, but to focus on being the healthiest THEM, they can be, everything else will handle itself." "I want to use my knowledge and passion for fitness and dance to inspire others. This page will host tips, inspiration, class information, popular links and more."

Relocation can definitely add up, especially if you’re unprepared so my advice would be to know what you’re getting yourself into and understand what your goal is.

Ultimately my best recommendation would be to find an amazing team to partner with you on your journey so that you can have a seamless process. I had no idea what I was doing when I started, but after building some great relationships, and finding people that I trust to help me, it made a world of a difference.

Keep in mind that the prices that I gave are just arranged based on quote I’ve been giving on both the low and the high end and every person’s process is going to vary based on several different factors.

I created an entire guy that breaks down everything from cost of living and Visa fees, to even sharing my contacts for real estate and legal. If you want that information put “link” in the comments and I’ll send it to your DM.

Comment “Spanish” and I’ll send you my Spanish guide.

Every time I post one of these, somebody in the comment talks about how I don’t need to learn “Ebonics” “improper Spanish” or “uneducated Spanish” and usually I feel like that’s coming from people who just want to feel important or like they are better than others who speak a certain dialect. As a black woman from the U.S. I love learning different versions of Spanish, including slang and shortened phrases or words that are rearranged to create a new word.

Saying thats uneducated makes you sound … ummm uneducated. On the fact that cultural dialects are just that … cultural. And even culture can be segmented.

I happen to like a lil Sazon on my language 😉

I usually don’t recommend hair and nail services because everyone’s standards are different but when I say I 10000/10 recommend Glow NewYork - PTY✨💕 💅🏽 … it’s for a reason!

Not only was the service amazing but my nails and toes are literally perfect. After getting your nails done in Atlanta for so long you get spoiled, so to find someone who can get me together like this 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 consider me a new regular!

When i tell yall my feet are SO SOFT!! The shape of both my nails and toes are exactly what I wanted! And the salon aesthetic is soooo cute! Quality, service, environment TOP NOTCH ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re in Panama with your visiting or here to stay, do yourself a favor and go by Glow NewYork - PTY✨💕 💕💅🏽

My US was definitely showing when I realized I wasn’t able to pay through some online portal. Now dont get me wrong some owners do have management companies where you can have online payment set up but because most apartments here are individually owned that’s going to depend on the owner.

Even if you use their version of Zelle/Cashapp (called Yappy), they online allow you to transfer $1000 at a time to an individual.

You may even be able to use Nequi, PayPal or Wise. (Again, depends on the owner)

I was able to use Western Union, which was a big help because it’s right next to the bank the owner of my apartment unit uses. So i was able to go online, create the transfer request and go pick it up and deposit it.

I’ve found this to be the quickest and most cost efficient way to transfer large amounts, at least until I get my bank account set up here.

Shoutout to Western Union Panamá

July was such a transformative month! From trying new restaurants and adventures here in Panama to creating new friends, memories, and community, I feel like I’m living in my vision board.

Creating a life you want to live is about co-creating with God! If the desire is in your heart, it already exists. You just need to meet it where it’s at. Meaning take action, surrender the outcome, believe for the life you want and don’t let anything disrupt You’re good energy.

It’s been so amazing connecting with so many of you, meeting my social media fam on the streets of Panama city, sharing moments with new friends, being loved on so genuinely and continuing to get closer to God daily!

Cheers To a new month 🥂
