I heard my owner, Martha Scott, talking to some people that it’s possible to get fleas and ticks almost anywhere in the country almost any time of the year. I couldn’t believe my ears, so I decided to look it up. Sure enough, parasites like fleas, ticks, heartworm, and more are on the move.

I’m thankful that Martha Scott and my veterinarian make sure I always take my preventative medicines, which keep us all safe from parasites!

Pets, like humans, need socialization to be happy and comfortable with other animals and people. Early in your pet’s life, it is important to begin socialization to prevent fearful, reactive or aggressive behavior. 🐾

If you pick up your dog from daycare or a kennel and they have a fever, cough, sneeze or gag, your dog may have contracted kennel cough. While kennel cough is generally mild, it can lead to pneumonia in vulnerable dogs if not treated swiftly. 🐶
