I'm so appreciative of the clients who message me to ask if they should come in or not. I hate this time of year for a number of reasons, but mostly because everyone is sick!
📢 I explain this a lot, but I figure it's a good time to post again.
When you're sick, it's usually a safer bet to cancel with me. 😕 Obviously you shouldn't share whatever you've got, but also it's important you don't challenge your body even more. 😢💊 When you're receiving bodywork while sick, you might feel better after. You might feel no difference. You MIGHT feel worse, or whatever was lingering could come back with a vengeance. 😫 You really don't know, so it's best to skip the massage while sick and reschedule for a later date.
It's not that I don't want to work on you (well, sometimes 😆). It's about you healing your body and feeling good when you see me. Besides, who wants to sniffle and snot for half of your service while you're laying face down? 🤧
If you don't know, just ask! I'm happy to help you decide.
