The beautiful thing about the Yamuna approach is that it doesn’t hold you down to a huge time or money commitment. Literally just standing against the wall with a Yamuna ball behind your neck for 30 seconds will remind your body how easy it is to be free.

One of my students recently said to me after her first few classes: “I’m feeling pretty good. I really like how the work is putting me more in touch with my body so I can start to feel things going off before it gets bad.” THIS is arguably the most important lesson my students learn when they work with me. This is the absolute crux of body sustainability. We identify your blind spots, dismantle the system that’s causing them, and then rebuild it - learning to go upstream to prevent the issues from recurring.
