What a week it has been for our Moncrief Champions!

This week marked the end of one chapter and the beginning of another as we bid a heartfelt farewell to COL Christopher C. Pase and welcomed COL Daniel J. Hankes as the new Commander and Director of Moncrief Army Health Clinic.

To COL Pase, thank you for your unwavering leadership, your commitment to our Soldiers, Families, and staff, and for leaving Moncrief strong. While it is bittersweet to see you go, we wish you and your family nothing but success as you begin your new role as Deputy Commanding Officer at William Beaumont Army Medical Center.

To COL Hankes, welcome to the Moncrief family! We are excited for the future, inspired by your leadership, and ready to continue championing superior healthcare by forging ready Warfighters and caring for those we are privileged to serve.

Here's to honoring our past, embracing our future, and continuing our mission—together. WE are Moncrief!

Believe it or not, it's time for physicals for all children from age four (4) Kindergarten through 12th grade!🤸‍♂️

NOTE: Required immunizations can be completed during this visit.

📌 IMPORTANT TO KNOW 📌

1. There are two (2) ways you can be seen:
a. WALK-IN - Only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between July 14th and 29th from ⏰ 4:30 to 6:30 PM at the Integrated Health Medical Home on the ground floor of the clinic. Please go to the YELLOW TEAM check-in desk located in Room 2318A.
(Must be checked in by 6PM!) OR
b. BY APPOINTMENT (in which you will call 803-751-CARE/2273 or send a message via MHS Genesis to your child's PCM)

2. For WALK-IN patients:
📌Please know that a maximum of 30 patients will be serviced each Tuesday and Wednesday within the specified time
📌Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
📌Your child may be seen by a different PCM than normal.

3. These times are dedicated to physicals and cannot accommodate other services such as referral requests, acute issues, medical refill requests, etc. For those types of requests, please set an appointment with your child's PCM.

4. Please bring any external immunization records and required forms from your child's school or sports program. Complete the patient information portion of each form before arrival to expedite the check-in and appointment process.

5. PATIENTS AGE 10 and OVER ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID MILITARY ID AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN.

Today, we honor the fathers who serve our nation and their families with strength, sacrifice, and love, as well as those who are fathers to our Warriors.

We also remember the fathers who are no longer with us. Though they may be gone, their legacy lives on in the lives they touched and the values they instilled.
