Since 1979, Phoenix House California has provided recovery and rehabilitation services to thousands of men, women, and adolescents afflicted with addiction and dependency. Our professional, experienced staff provides evidence-based services that help clients draw from their strengths to lead healthy, productive and rewarding

lives throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties. Addiction is a disease, but recovery is a lifestyle. We empower people to live without the impacts of drugs and alcohol.

We’re looking for a mission-driven clinical leader to support operations, strengthen team performance, and help deliver high-quality care.

Requirements: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required, plus two years of leadership experience in a residential treatment setting or similar facility.
