From the office to the playing field, let Followspot Massage Therapy enhance your group experience. All Followspot massage therapists are licensed in New York State, have five or more years experience working in various settings, and are skilled in numerous techniques. We tailor packages for each setting and customize each massage for the individual.

Maya Goddess Ixchel will be our guides as we connect with our inner goddess. This workshop is for women of any age to connect with and care for their womb through guided mediation, teachings of the history of maya massage, anatomy, and hands-on teaching of self-care massage strokes to do at home.

𝙎𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙎𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡-𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝟱𝙠!⁣

This program seeks to build confidence through accomplishment, and these girls delivered! It was 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗗 Saturday morning (I honestly only lasted 90min before I could no longer feel my feet! 🥶), but these girls ran their 5k - some completing their first one!⁣
⁣
This organization is amazing, teaching girls to trust their inner unique star power to 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and just be 𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆, and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, all while creatively integrating running. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️⁣
