It is with regret and sadness that we share this unfortunate news with you;
Kenneth Joseph Wilkinson passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at age 66. He was born in Edmonton Alberta and resided in Sooke, British Columbia.
We are still reeling with this news we received just days ago. We do not have much information about Ken’s sudden death, but we wanted to let the community know as soon as possible. What we do know, is that Ken had a very brief stay in hospital a few weeks ago.

Ken was very dedicated during his 20 plus years in the QWV community and using his experience from many previous years in business building. He was always looking for ways to improve and streamline things. Practitioners could always rely on him to be there. He would help anyone who called or emailed him, regardless of where they purchased their device. We often asked him to take some time off, especially this past year, but Ken leaves us a legacy of living by his motto “right here, right now”. Ken of the way He did his best to answer every phone call, immediately—early morning, or late at night—it did not matter.

Ken will be greatly missed. No doubt we now face a difficult transition period, as the three of us were a team for such a long time. There will be a void without him, but we will do our best to support our customers as before, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that Susan is currently in Australia, but scheduled to be back in Canada on March 20th.
